Meeting Registration

Registration to the meeting is open at the following link: https://www.activacongresos.com/forms/eiec2022/

Participants:

The participants early registration fee is 300€ (IVA inc) until January 31, and will include:

  • Participation to the meeting, including materials, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, etc.

  • Welcome cocktail

  • Gala dinner at La Cabana dels Pastors

  • Resident card (tarjeta residente)

  • Social events (tentative): guided visits to Núria Sanctuary, Queralbs Romanic village and Ripoll monastery.

After January 31, normal registration fee of 350€ (IVA inc) will be applied.

January 31 is the valid deadline, even though it may not have been updated in the registration form.

Accompanying Persons:

Accompanying Person fee: 220€ (IVA inc)

  • Includes complete social program, resident card, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks.

Registration deadline:

Registration will be closed on 30 April 2022. It will not be possible to register after that date.

Cancellation is only possible on or before 30 April 2022. The registration fee will be fully refunded less a cancellation fee of 75€ for participants or 50€ for accompanying persons. Thereafter no refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend, except in the event of Meeting cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions. In this case, the registration fee would be fully returned.

For early bird reduced registration fee, payment must be received by 31 January 2022 or soon afterwards.

Any bank charges must be paid by the sender. This guarantees that we will receive your payment in full.
