Authors Guidelines

The official languages of the meeting are Spanish, Portuguese and English. However, some rules have to be accounted for according to the agreements of the General Assembly in previous editions of the meeting:

• All the written materials must be in English: abstract, papers, slides, etc.

• The oral presentations are expected in Spanish or Portuguese.

The conference proceedings will be published at UPCommons , with a Creative Commons license.

Submission:

Abstracts:

In a first step, the authors should submit an abstract.

• One-page free-format, in English.

• Send a pdf file together with the related topic number below to eiec2022@event.upc.edu, including contact information.

• Deadline: 15 January 2021. The abstracts will be immediately evaluated to allow prompt registration to the meeting.

Full papers:

In a second step, the authors of accepted contributions will be invited to submit an optional extended version of their abstract.

• Maximum 4 pages in IEEE Transactions format Templates: word LaTeX .

• Deadline: 31 March 2022.
